JP BORGES – INTERNATIONAL LAWYERS AND CONSULTANTS SELECTED TO ADVISE THE 31 START-UPS ON THE PROGRAM START’UP EXTREMADURA

7th December 2016 –  JP Borges – International Lawyers and Consultants is the Law Firm that has been selected by Extremadura Avante – Advanced Services for SMBs to advise the 31 Projects selected in the public acceleration program “Start-Up Extremadura”.

The work of our Team in the area of Trade and Corporate Law will consist, as in so many other cases, in identifying the realities, objectives and composition of the Teams of Entrepreneurs, their products and services, advising on the best practices and solutions for creating personalized statutory agreements between partners. These are adapted to their business strategies for a minimum of 3 years in all matters related to the relationship between partners, ownership of product rights and of technology-based assets, corporate governance, new investors and increases in capital, mergers with and departures of partners, in such a way that they are equipped, from the very beginning and at such a crucial stage of their life as a business, with the best and most appropriate tools and legal solutions for the complex situations that arise for any modern business and in particular for those that are technology based.     

 As co-founders of  Exputnik-Accelerating Ideas,  we would like to be able to continue contributing to the consolidation of an entrepreneurial ecosystem in Spain in general, and in Extremadura in particular, based on demanding criteria, serious preparation and a healthy sense of ambition, towards which so many other public and private Agencies are directing their efforts.
